Role Summary Kody Technolab Limited is seeking a highly competent and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the CEO's operational efficiency, facilitating effective communication, and overseeing the execution of high-impact organizational initiatives. Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization to align operations with key stakeholders.

Act as a thought partner to the CEO by identifying challenges, opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisions. Facilitate high-level problem-solving through data analysis and actionable recommendations.

Administrative Management

Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization. Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements. Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Project Oversight

Monitor, track, and report on strategic projects, ensuring timelines are met. Support the planning and execution of organizational strategies and initiatives. Manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently while providing actionable insights to the CEO.



Collaborate with operations teams to foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture. Contribute to building a motivated, cohesive team workplace.

Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory). Master's degree (preferably MBA) in a relevant field (preferred).

Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity supporting senior leadership. Proven ability to manage complex and high-priority projects effectively. Proficiency with productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software. Flexibility for national and international travel as needed.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
