The team specializes in a wide range of events, including corporate and MICE events, grand inaugurals, festivals, exhibitions, conventions, award ceremonies, weddings, themed celebrations, and brand promotions. Services also cover artist management, experiential marketing, team-bonding programs, product launches, and special parties.

Experience Makers manages end-to-end logistics such as transport and accommodation, menu planning, audio-visual support, and media coordination to create seamless, memorable experiences. Role Description The Event Visualiser role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi.

The Event

Visualiser is responsible for translating client briefs and concepts into compelling visual event designs, including stage layouts, thematic decor, lighting plans, and experiential zones. Day-to-day tasks include developing mood boards, sketches, and digital mock-ups; collaborating with event managers, designers, and vendors to refine and execute visual concepts; and ensuring that all visual elements align with brand guidelines and event objectives. The role involves visiting venues, assessing spaces, preparing detailed design specifications, and supporting pre-event planning, rehearsals,



and on-site setup.

The Event

Visualiser is expected to work closely with clients and internal teams to maintain design quality, feasibility, and budget alignment throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong visualisation and concept development skills, including the ability to turn ideas and briefs into clear design narratives and event themes.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, 3D or CAD software, presentation tools) to create mood boards, layouts, and visual mock-ups.
- Knowledge of event design, decor, lighting, staging, and spatial planning, with an understanding of practical constraints such as venue specifications and budgets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams, including the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all visual materials and event elements.
- Relevant education in event management, design, architecture, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in event visualization or experiential design.
- Prior experience in event management, experiential marketing, stage or set design, or related creative roles is highly beneficial.
