Events Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Events Sales Executive to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for events, conferences, weddings, corporate functions, and other venue-based events.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new event sales leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.

- Handle client enquiries and understand their event requirements, budget, and expectations.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, packages, and contracts.

- Conduct venue tours and client meetings.

- Negotiate pricing and close event bookings.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Coordinate with operations, banquet, catering, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.

- Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending payments.

- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and sales reports.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate business.

- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in event sales, hotel sales, banquet sales, or a similar role preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales software.

- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.

- Target-oriented, confident, organized, and proactive.

- Number of qualified leads generated.

- Event bookings and conversion rate.

- Monthly sales revenue.

- Achievement of sales targets.

- Average booking value.

- Client retention and repeat business.
