Position: Event Intern

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and energetic Event Intern to support our team in planning and executing events and performing arts programs. You’ll work closely with our Events, Operations, and Centre teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, recitals, workshops & school programs
- Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, vendors & internal teams
- Assist with registrations, guest lists, schedules & attendance
- Support venue setup and event-day arrangements
- Assist with props, instruments, event materials & logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners when required
- Help manage event timelines and schedules
- Provide on-ground event support and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Maintain event trackers, documents & reports
- Assist with post-event feedback and documentation
- Support the team with other event-related activities as required





Skills & Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to work on-ground during events, including weekends or extended hours when required
- Freshers and candidates with prior event/internship experience are welcome
