Role: EUC

Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai

Must Have:

1. Lead and mentor a team of IT support technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work workplace.
2. Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Oversee the deployment, management, and support of mobile devices and applications.
4. Manage the packaging and deployment of software applications to ensure compatibility and performance.
5. Implement and maintain antivirus solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
6. Ensure timely distribution of software updates and patches to maintain system security and performance.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for incidents, tasks, and change requests,



ensuring timely and effective resolution.
8. Manage and deliver IT projects related to desktop support and other managed services.

Good-to-Have:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including procedures, user guides, and training materials.
2. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.
3. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
4. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Essential:

1. Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
2. ITIL Certification

Minimum Qualification

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
