nAbout the Role

nWe’re seeking a hands-on EUC Architect with strong traditional workplace architecture experience who has expanded into—or is transitioning toward—Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

n

nYou will own architecture direction, design standards, and technical governance for an enterprise workplace workplace. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on DEX, automation, and transformation, with 40% dedicated to core EUC architecture and cross-tower integration.

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Define EUC target-state architecture, technical roadmaps, design standards, and implementation guardrails.
n
- Lead architecture across Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, SCCM/MECM, endpoint security, and identity integrations.
n
- Use endpoint analytics to improve device health, application performance, login experience, and service reliability.
n
- Drive proactive remediation, self-healing automation, and shift-left initiatives.
n
- Guide engineering teams, review solution designs, and lead complex technical escalations.
n
- Partner with customer stakeholders and security, network, cloud, and service operations teams.
n

nRequired Experience

n

n




- Minimum 15 years in IT infrastructure or workplace services, including significant EUC architecture responsibility.
n
- Proven ownership of enterprise architecture decisions and implementation assurance.
n
- Strong AVD and FSLogix expertise, including image management, scaling, access, and performance.
n
- Strong Intune and SCCM/MECM experience, including Autopilot, compliance, patching, co-management, and workload transitions.
n
- DEX platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside, or ControlUp; Python; AWS WorkSpaces; Azure DevOps; and AI-assisted workplace operations.
n
- Experienced EUC architects with strong automation and endpoint improvement experience are encouraged to apply, even if their dedicated DEX platform experience is still developing.

- PowerShell automation skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, and endpoint security.
n
- Experience using monitoring, endpoint analytics, or automation to deliver measurable improvements.
n
- Strong technical leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
