Role :

Owns the test strategy and builds the Python automation framework from scratch, with a roadmap for extension beyond the MVP.

Must have :

- Strong lead in data/ETL testing, including complex multi-platform integrations
- Deep Snowflake expertise (SQL, staging/DW/mart layers, ideally Cortex AI)
- Solid Python - proven track record architecting a data-testing framework from zero (pytest, pandas, modular/config-driven design)
- Synthetic test data strategy - designing reusable scenario libraries and data generation
- Azure DevOps - Test Plans/Boards, and integrating automated results into it
- Experience validating Salesforce and AWS (Lambda/serverless ETL) data flows
- Data-centric testing depth : source-to-target reconciliation, data-quality dimensions, transformation validation
- Client-facing skills : strategy authoring, estimation, mentoring

Desirable :

- GitHub + CI/CD
- Power BI / other BI validation
- Great Expectations
