We are hiring experienced ETL QA professionals to lead data quality assurance for large scale Snowflake based data pipelines. The role demands solid hands on expertise in ETL testing, Python based test automation, and Snowflake data validation, along with the ability to guide teams and define QA strategy for complex data engineering projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead design and execution of ETL testing strategies across data pipelines built on Snowflake
- Build and maintain Python based automation frameworks for data validation and regression testing
- Validate data transformations, data loads, and data reconciliation between source and target systems
- Review requirements and mapping documents to design test cases and test plans
- Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and coordinate resolution with data engineering teams
- Define and enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and automation guidelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test scripts and validation logic
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders on data flow and business rules
- Technical Architect position will additionally own the QA automation architecture,



tooling strategy, and technical roadmap for data quality across projects

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8 or more years of overall QA experience with a strong focus on ETL and data warehouse testing
- Hands on expertise in Snowflake including complex SQL for data validation
- Strong programming skills in Python for building test automation frameworks
- Experience testing pipelines built on tools such as Informatica, Talend, dbt, or Airflow
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data reconciliation
- Experience with Git and CI or CD pipelines for test automation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across large datasets

- Good communication skills with prior experience leading or mentoring QA teams
- Technical Architect role requires proven experience designing QA automation frameworks and architecture from scratch

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr
