Estimation Engineer — Construction & InfrastructureKey knowledge
- BOQ & quantity take-off from architectural/structural drawings
- Rate analysis for civil works, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, roads, etc.
- Tender estimation and preparation of bids
- Knowledge of SOR/DSR, market rates and vendor quotations
- Material, labour and machinery costing
- Preparing comparative statements and subcontractor/vendor analysis
- Understanding contracts, specifications and tender conditions
- Variation / extra-item / deviation calculations
- Basic knowledge of GST, taxes, overheads and profit margins
- Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, formulas
- AutoCAD for reading and measuring drawings
- Experience with MS Project/Primavera is practical
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
