Role Description The ERP & IT (Trainee) role is a full-time in office position based in Rajkot. The trainee will assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems, including data entry, report generation, and basic system administration tasks.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, identifying and documenting issues, coordinating with senior IT staff for troubleshooting,



and supporting end users with ERP and IT-related queries. The role involves collaborating with different departments to understand process requirements, helping streamline workflows, and maintaining accurate records of system changes and updates. The trainee will also support routine IT activities such as user account management, basic hardware and software support, and adherence to security and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and planning abilities to understand business processes and support ERP configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist users with ERP and IT queries.
- Candidates should possess basic finance understanding to interpret ERP financial modules and support related data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide responsive and clear support to internal stakeholders and end users.
- Relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (diploma or degree) is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and basic networking concepts will be an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented procedures, and work accurately under guidance is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital documentation and reporting is beneficial.
