- Operate and maintain day-to-day activities in the company’s ERP software.

- Enter, update, and maintain sales, purchase, inventory, production, and other business data in the ERP system.

- Prepare and maintain daily reports, records, invoices, challans, and other documents.

- Monitor and update stock/inventory records in the ERP.

- Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, production, stores, and other departments for accurate data entry.

- Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies in ERP records.

- Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, printing, scanning, and other routine computer work.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records.

- Generate ERP reports as required by management.

- Assist in resolving basic ERP-related data or operational issues.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

- Perform other computer and data-entry-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
