About the Role :

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers, Consultants, and Lead Developers with solid hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and platform engineering. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform hands-on development and customization across the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop reusable and scalable solutions using ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Data Policies.
- Work with Flow Designer and Workflow to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components.




- Participate in technical design discussions and provide effective solutions to complex requirements.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, scripting, workflow, and platform-related issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
- Develop unit and integration test cases and support UAT and production deployments.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Support production releases, enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Work effectively across multiple priorities and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Requirements :

- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration.
- Hands-on experience in at least one major ServiceNow module.
- This role is suitable for professionals who enjoy hands-on development and technical delivery.
- Architect-only profiles are not being considered.
