- Architect and support complex, enterprise-level directory services bridging on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID using Entra Connect

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies
- Automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Microsoft Entra Connect, ID Governance features, ID protection features
- Lead the resolution of high-severity, complex authentication / authorization issues
