Kumon is the world's largest after-school math and reading program, helping children in over 50 countries become independent, self-learners. At the Kumon Adyar Center, we guide each child to study at their own pace, build robust fundamentals, and develop the confidence to learn on their own.

We are looking for passionate, energetic people to join our team in three roles: Math/English Instructors, Marking Assistants, and Admin Persons. If you enjoy working with children and want a meaningful career in education, we would love to meet you.

All roles are on-site at the Kumon Adyar Center. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply; training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Student guidance: Conduct in-centre classes, explain new concepts,



and support students as they work through worksheets

Study planning: Prepare and adjust individualised study plans based on each child's ability and progress

Observation & feedback: Track each student's accuracy, speed, and attitude; give constructive, encouraging feedback

Centre classes: Run structured class sessions efficiently for a batch of students across levels

Development: Attend Kumon training sessions and follow the Kumon Method faithfully

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
