Role & responsibilities
- Lead greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and debottlenecking projects in API manufacturing facilities within approved timelines and budgets.
- Plan, execute, and monitor installation, commissioning, and qualification of process equipment, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, EHS, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project schedules, technical specifications, BOQs, vendor evaluations, and progress reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety standards, engineering guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project milestones while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.
