We are hiring for the position of Associate Engineering Maintenance (Process, WTP) for a leading API Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing industry.

Position: Associate Engineering Maintenance (Process, WTP)

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Location: Mysore

CTC: 4 - 8 LPA

Department: Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of process equipment such as Glass-Lined/SS Reactors, ANFD, RCVD, Sifter, Multi Mill and process pumps.

Hands-on experience in mechanical seals, bearings, agitators, troubleshooting and equipment alignment.

Operation and maintenance of Potable Water and Purified Water systems.

Preventive maintenance planning and execution.

Execution of line modifications as per requirements.

Preparation and execution of equipment qualification documents such as URS, DQ, IQ and OQ.

Spare planning, procurement and BOQ preparation.

Maintaining maintenance reports,



planners and safety documentation.

Working with cross-functional teams for documentation and reports.

Knowledge of P&IDs;, equipment layouts and facility layouts.

Exposure to customer/regulatory audits and pharmaceutical guidelines such as ISO, USP and WHO will be an added advantage.
