POSITION OVERVIEW
Receipt Inspection of material & PDI inspection, primarily, at ware house.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 : Receipt inspection of parts received by own hands & report making
2 : Information to supplier for non-conformity observed if any by raising 8D
3 : Follow up for RCA with supplier & closure of 8D
4 : Packed material dock audit
5 : 8D closure for Q issues reported by customer
6 : Support to SCM for closure of packaging issues raised by customer
7 : Monthly report generation of receipt inspection
8 : Improvement plan for supplier improvement
9 : Audits at supplier if situation demands
10 : to get Calibration done of measuring equipment & gauges from third party
11 : R&R; of measuring system.
