Responsibilities

1. New product development review and CFT meetings
2. Development of fixtures and templates for recent development at the supplier end
3. Initial sample inspection and approval at the supplier site
4. Part-level inspection

5. Assembly fitment trials

6. Field validation
7. Implementation and preparation of documentation and reports
8. Field monitoring for dispatched New products
9. Implementation of Cost-reduction projects
10. Problem solving using QC tools

1. Education Requirement:

DME/BE Mechanical
1. Able to read and interpret part drawing
2. Able to use basic and advanced measuring instruments
3. Knowledge of GD & T
4. Knowledge about 7 QC Tools, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP
5. Implementation awareness of QMS in line with ISO 9001: 2015
6. Computer skills : MS office, ERP
