Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and other departments.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
- Check line, level, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site records.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule and required quality.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant site execution experience.
