Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of the Americas supply chain, combining people leadership, portfolio governance, transformation management, and stakeholder influence across Supply Chain, Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Product Management.

What you'll be doing

Lead Strategic Value Delivery

- Own the Americas LSC project portfolio and PMO governance.
- Lead strategic initiatives including customer onboarding, portfolio transformations, value creation programs, and supply chain optimization projects.
- Drive prioritization, resource alignment, risk management, and executive decision-making.

Build and Develop High-Performing Teams

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Value Delivery Leads.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop capabilities and strengthen the organizations project management maturity.

Deliver Business Transformation (Must Win Battle Program)

- Serve as program leader for critical end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
- Drive project execution, change management, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects across scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes.

Shape Project Excellence

- Establish PMO standards, governance frameworks, reporting tools, and delivery methodologies.
- Introduce best practices and innovative approaches that improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate value realization.

Influence Across the Organization

- Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing,



Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.
- Translate strategy into actionable programs and measurable results.
- Act as a trusted advisor on project portfolio decisions and execution priorities.

What we need from you

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transformation, or Project Leadership.
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
- Robust people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in portfolio management, governance, change management, and value delivery.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for execution, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or Masters degree preferred.

- Delivery of strategic supply chain initiatives that achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Effective governance and health of the Americas LSC project portfolio.
- Development of a high-performing PMO and project management capability.
- Strong stakeholder partnerships and cross-functional alignment.

This position work hours are between 5PM and 1.30AM IST. Work location is Bangalore.
