Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Empanelment Officer to manage Government and PSU empanelment activities and develop business opportunities across India. The candidate should have strong experience in Government/PSU Sales, tendering, vendor registration and empanelment, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Pan-India empanelment and vendor registration with Government Departments, PSUs and institutional customers.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with Government and PSU clients.
- Handle tender registration, documentation, submission and follow-up.
- Manage GeM and other government e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial and statutory documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Government and PSU stakeholders.
- Track tenders, empanelment opportunities,



registrations and renewals.
- Ensure timely completion of empanelment and registration processes.
- Conduct market research and identify recent Government/PSU business opportunities.
- Travel across India for meetings, registrations, tenders and business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in Government Sales, PSU Sales, Empanelment, Tendering or Institutional Business.
- Experience in the Steel / Metals / Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of Government and PSU procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience in tendering, vendor registration and empanelment.
- Experience with GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Mumbai and travel Pan India.
