Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns to promote Unicliff Edutech’s courses and engage prospective learners.

Daily responsibilities include building and segmenting email lists, designing and writing email content, setting up automated workflows, and monitoring campaign performance. The specialist will analyze metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and nurturing strategies.



The role also includes maintaining best practices for email deliverability, compliance, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and tools for campaign creation, segmentation, and automation.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms to design workflows, nurture leads, and manage customer journeys.
- Strong Marketing Analytics skills to track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Lead Generation experience, including list-building strategies and conversion-focused email tactics.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write transparent, persuasive, and brand-aligned email content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of email deliverability, GDPR/anti-spam regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Prior experience in edtech or education-focused marketing is an advantage.
