Role Description The Electronics Service Center Technician will perform day-to-day diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electronic and automotive entertainment systems, including audio equipment and related components.

Responsibilities include inspecting devices, identifying faults, conducting troubleshooting, performing component-level repairs, and ensuring that all serviced equipment meets quality and safety standards. The role also involves interacting with customers to understand issues, explain findings, provide service updates, and support a positive customer experience. The technician will maintain accurate service records, manage tools and equipment, and follow company procedures and timelines.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Kerala, India, requiring regular coordination with the service team and adherence to established workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including routine servicing and component-level repair of electronic equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess Field Service and Maintenance capabilities, including on-site inspections, installations, and follow-up service visits when required.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure a professional, respectful interaction with clients.
- Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant hands-on experience in electronics servicing is highly valued.
- Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools and test equipment, and follow safety standards in an electronics workshop environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an in office service center.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining service records and using inventory or ticketing systems; familiarity with automotive audio systems is an advantage.
