Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring, cables, and sub-assemblies as per drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.

- Perform soldering, desoldering, crimping, wiring, and connector assembly.

- Operate production and testing equipment safely and efficiently.

- Conduct functional, electrical, and visual inspections of electronic assemblies.

- Troubleshoot and repair PCB and electronic assembly issues.

- Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic testers.

- Identify defective components, soldering issues, wiring errors, and assembly defects.

- Follow ESD, safety, quality, and production procedures.

- Maintain accurate production and test records.

- Support first-piece inspection, rework, and repair activities.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.





- Follow 5S and other continuous-improvement practices.

- Meet daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, production, testing, or repair.

- Good knowledge of electronic components and basic circuits.

- Hands-on experience with soldering and PCB assembly.

- Ability to read circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.

- Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

- Familiarity with ESD handling and workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹30,086.00 - ₹35,694.10 per month
