Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, email outreach, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware, electronic products, software, peripherals, and technology solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Conduct product presentations and clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive sales closures and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing where applicable, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Monitor sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion opportunities.
- Stay updated on current IT products, electronic devices, hardware,



software, and emerging technologies.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales and internal support teams.
