Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and field operations for smart parking and related infrastructure projects across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Coordinate installation of CCTV cameras, electrical panels, cables, power connections, lighting and related equipment.
- Coordinate with BESCOM, electrical contractors and other site agencies for power connections and electrical requirements.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure proper and safe execution of work.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Supervise electricians and electrical technicians at multiple sites.
- Plan manpower, materials and equipment required for electrical works.
- Ensure proper earthing, cabling, protection systems and electrical safety practices.
- Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and layouts.
- Maintain daily work reports, material records and maintenance reports.




- Coordinate with civil and project teams to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Monitor contractors and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
- Attend breakdowns and maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust practical knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
- Experience in outdoor/roadside infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Experience with CCTV, networking equipment, lighting, electrical panels and power distribution will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage field teams and contractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Preferred

- Electrical Supervisor Licence / relevant statutory certification.
- Experience in smart city, CCTV, parking, street-lighting, infrastructure or similar projects.
