Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to lead our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of electrical systems for major engineering and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & Manage: Electrical engineering activities (concept to commissioning)

- Key Coordination: TANGEDCO & EB required

Electrical Project Management Role:

- Project Planning & Execution: Deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Design Review &Approval;: Evaluate and sign off on electrical designs, specifications, and drawings.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams

- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry codes (IEC, NEC), safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Vendor/Contractor Management:



Oversee vendor and contractor selection, negotiations, and performance evaluation.

- Oversight of Installation Testing: Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Address complex electrical problems and provide expert guidance.

- Documentation: Prepare project documentation, including reports, budgets, and timelines.

- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

- Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects,

- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, and control systems.

- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
