Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Diploma in Safety

The Senior SHE manager is responsible for the implementation, and oversight of all health and safety policies and procedures across project sites. This role ensures that all operations are conducted in compliance with L&T; safety standards and regulations, while fostering a proactive safety culture across the organization.

- Support executive leadership on safety risks, performance, and compliance.

Safety Management &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with national safety regulations, including ISO 45001, OSHA.

- Establish and monitor KPIs for safety performance, reporting regularly to leadership and regulatory bodies.

- Conduct risk assessments and HAZOP studies for projects.

- Develop emergency response plans and drills tailored to hydrogen related incidents.

Culture &

- Training

- Promote a zero-incident safety culture throughout the organization.





- Lead training programs and safety inductions for all levels of staff, contractors, and partners.

- Implement Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs to encourage secure work practices.

Stakeholder &

- Regulatory Engagement

- Liaise with external stakeholders including government agencies, environmental groups, and local communities on safety matters.

- Prepare and manage all required safety documentation and permits.

Qualifications

- Senior SHE Manager: B.E/B.Tech with Govt. recognized full time Diploma in Safety
- BE/B.Tech in Safety
- PG Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science with full-time Safety diploma/degree
- CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, Grad IOSH, CMIOSH.
