Minimum Qualification

- Diploma in Safety
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

The SHE Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring Safety, Health & Workplace requirements at the project, ensuring compliance with L&T; standards, statutory requirements, and client requirements.

- Implement the Project SHE Plan, procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead and coordinate the project SHE team.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure effective control measures.
- Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor high-risk activities and ensure adherence to approved work methods and permit systems.
- Ensure timely incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
- Implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct periodic drills.
- Coordinate SHE training, induction, toolbox talks,



and competency programs.
- Monitor SHE performance, KPIs, and statutory compliance.
- Promote proactive SHE culture and workforce participation.
- Coordinate with project management, clients, contractors, and statutory authorities on SHE matters.
- Maintain required SHE records, reports, permits, and documentation.

Qualification Any Graduate with a Govt. recognized full-time Diploma in Safety with 5 years of work experience in a full-fledged SHE department.
