We are looking for an Education Advisor who can understand students' academic and career aspirations, guide them on the right preparation pathway, and convert enquiries into enrolments.

The role involves student counselling, follow-ups, lead management and enrolment conversions across IMS's CAT and IPMAT programmes

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on CAT, IPMAT and management education pathways.
- Understand student requirements through structured profiling and need analysis.
- Recommend the right IMS programme based on the student's goals, profile and preparation stage.
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, calls and leads generated through digital and offline campaigns.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Address student/parent objections around fees, competition, alternatives and programme value.
- Drive enquiries towards counselling → application → enrolment.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for events, seminars,



workshops and lead-generation activities.
- Participate in counselling drives, college outreach and student engagement activities.
- Track individual conversion performance and work towards monthly enrolment targets.

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, education/EdTech, admissions or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Good understanding or willingness to learn about CAT, IPMAT, MBA and management education.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of targets.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decisions without being pushy.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
