We're looking for target-driven and passionate Education Counsellors / Senior Program Advisors to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Counsel students for
UG & PG / Study Abroad programs .
- Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities and study destinations.
- Handle queries, objections and guide students through the admission journey.
- Convert leads into successful applications/admissions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads through CRM.
- Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth student experience.
Requirements Minimum
1+ Year experience in Sales / Counselling
Any Ed-Tech sales/counselling experience is acceptable UG/PG counselling experience preferred Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi Robust convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills Target-oriented and comfortable working
