About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Sales Executive / EdTech Sales Counsellor to join our team. The role involves connecting with students and professionals, understanding their education or career goals, and guiding them towards suitable programs and services.

The profile is suitable for candidates with experience in EdTech, study abroad, education counselling, immigration, test preparation, inside sales, telesales or consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable education, test preparation or overseas education services.
- Counsel students regarding study abroad programs, university admissions, immigration services and test preparation courses.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolments or appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Participate in student counselling sessions, events and promotional activities.




- Maintain a professional relationship with prospective students throughout the counselling and conversion process.

Candidate Profile
- 03 years of experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Counselling / Study Abroad / Immigration / Test Prep.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Interested in working in a student-facing, consultative sales environment.
