Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Education Counselor (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining suitable courses and colleges, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Students and parents ko phone par counselling dena.
- Education, courses, colleges aur admission process ki basic information explain karna.
- Company ko receive hone wali admission enquiries/leads par timely follow-up karna.
- Students ki requirements, budget aur career goals ko samajhna.
- Suitable courses/colleges ke options suggest karna.
- Interested students ko admission process mein guide karna.
- WhatsApp aur phone calls ke through regular follow-up maintain karna.
- Daily calling aur follow-up report maintain karna.




- Team ke saath coordinate karke admission targets achieve karne mein support karna.

Candidate Requirements
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
- Confident personality aur students/parents se politely baat karne ki ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- MS Excel/Google Sheets aur WhatsApp ka basic knowledge.
- Learning attitude aur counselling/sales mein interest.
- Target-oriented aur disciplined candidate.
