E-Commerce Catalog Executive Image & Catalog Operations

We are looking for an E-Commerce Catalog Executive with a strong eye for detail and experience handling large volumes of product images and catalog data.

The role involves managing the complete image workflow—from receiving and sorting product images to coordinating with image editors, internal teams, and clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and organize large volumes of e-commerce product images.
- Sort, rename, map, and maintain images according to SKUs/product codes.
- Coordinate with image editors for background removal, resizing, retouching, cropping, and other image requirements.
- Perform quality checks (QC) on edited images to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure the correct images are mapped to the correct products/SKUs.
- Identify missing, duplicate, incorrect, or poor-quality images.
- Coordinate with internal catalog, content, and operations teams.
- Communicate with clients regarding image requirements, missing assets, corrections, and delivery status.
- Track image batches and ensure work is completed within deadlines.




- Maintain proper folder structures, naming conventions, trackers, and records.
- Handle high-volume work while maintaining a very low error rate.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in E-Commerce Catalog Management / Catalog Operations is preferred.
- Experience working with large volumes of product images.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small errors.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce product image standards.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple batches/tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with image editors and checking their output.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or image-editing processes is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable managing thousands of product images without losing track of files, SKUs, revisions, or deadlines.

Experience: 1–3 years in E-Commerce Catalog / Catalog Operations / Image Operations preferred.
