Shop in Shop is a growing e-commerce and distribution business connecting India & Bangladesh , dealing in FMCG, food, health & wellness, beauty and lifestyle products.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online orders and operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders from Amazon India, Shop in Shop India & Bangladesh and other platforms.
- Coordinate procurement, stock, packing and dispatch .
- Handle product price and availability enquiries from our Bangladesh sales team.
- Maintain daily purchase, sales and inventory records in ProfitBooks .
- Coordinate with our Amazon agency for product listings, pricing and stock updates .
- Coordinate with suppliers, courier partners and internal teams.
- Prepare monthly data for our CA/accounts team.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone who is
- Organised and responsible
- Good with computers, Excel and online platforms
- Valuable at communication and follow-up
- Comfortable working in an office + warehouse environment
- Able to work independently and solve day-to-day problems
- Interested in e-commerce and FMCG
Experience: 1–4 years in e-commerce, marketplace, FMCG, retail or operations preferred. Freshers with the right attitude can also apply. ? Additional Incentives
