About the Opportunity

Mindtel is a dynamic player in the Indian e-commerce and digital commerce enablement sector, powering scalable, tech-driven financial operations for fast-growing online brands. We blend finance, tech, and e-commerce expertise to deliver seamless account management, reconciliation, and compliance for high-velocity digital businesses across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.

Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations for 10+ e-commerce accounts spanning Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and private-label platforms.
- Manage daily P&L; tracking, revenue reconciliation, platform fee analysis, and chargeback resolution with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and present weekly & monthly financial dashboards to leadership with actionable insights on margin trends, fee optimization, and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure GST compliance, TDS filing, and platform-specific tax reporting with zero errors and on-time submissions.




- Partner with operations and supply chain to sync inventory valuation, COGS calculations, and working capital controls.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Excel VBA or tools like Zapier to reduce manual effort by 30%+ and improve data integrity.
