Are you passionate about creating, converting, and optimizing digital learning content? We are looking for an E-Learning Development Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Captivate / Adobe Captivate Classic to join our Learning & Development team.

✅ Adobe Captivate / Adobe Captivate Classic

✅ SCORM & xAPI (Tin Can) Course Packaging

✅ LMS / LCMS Testing & Deployment

✅ WBT Conversion & Course Migration

✅ HTML-Based Course Troubleshooting and Support

What You'll Do:

- Develop, edit, publish, and migrate e-learning content using Adobe Captivate.
- Convert and update web-based training (WBT) courses.
- Generate SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, and web-based learning outputs.
- Test courses before and after deployment in LMS/LCMS environments.
- Troubleshoot course launch, packaging, playback, navigation, and content-related issues.




- Work with HTML and supporting course files to resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Preferred Profile:

✔ 2-5 years of experience in E-Learning Development, Course Migration, or WBT Conversion

✔ Robust expertise in Adobe Captivate and Captivate Classic

✔ Experience with SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, LMS, and LCMS environments

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, QA, and documentation skills

✔ Experience supporting high-volume course conversion and migration projects is an advantage
