About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organised E-commerce & Marketing Executive to manage our online marketplaces, product listings, product images, digital marketing activities and day-to-day office coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, India Mart, Canva and social media platforms* and should have an interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

* Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.

* Create and update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and product information.

* Manage product variations, pricing and inventory updates.

* Monitor listing issues, suppressed listings, account notifications and marketplace requirements.

* Coordinate with marketplace support whenever required.

* Assist with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace activities.

Design & Creative Work

* Create product images, banners, social media creatives and promotional material using Canva or similar tools.

* Design Amazon listing images and A+ Content.

* Create creatives for festivals, offers, corporate gifting and new product launches.

* Edit basic product photos and videos for online use.





Digital Marketing

* Plan and create content for Instagram and Facebook.

* Create social media posts, reels and promotional creatives.

* Assist in planning and managing marketing campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

* Support website promotions, offers and seasonal campaigns.

Office & Coordination

* Maintain product and marketing data in Excel/Google Sheets.

* Coordinate with vendors and other service providers when required.

* Maintain organised folders for product images, videos and marketing materials.

* Support general e-commerce and office-related work as required.

Skills Required

Positive knowledge of Canva

Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising. Good written English.

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Creative eye for product presentation and images.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Willingness to learn new e-commerce tools and platforms.
