E-COMMERCE MANAGER - D2C Fashion Brand (Ludhiana)
We're a rapid-growing D2C fashion brand on Shopify, Myntra and Amazon. We need someone who runs e-commerce like it's their own business.
You'll own
- Shopify, Myntra and Amazon ops: listings, pricing, inventory, order flow
- Shipping and logistics: courier management, billing disputes, RTO reduction (if "volumetric weight" means nothing to you, this isn't the role)
- Weekly numbers: sales, returns, margins - and what to do about them
You're a fit if
- You bring solutions, not problems
- You've run e-commerce ops before, ideally fashion/D2C
- You fix things fast and don't wait to be told what to do
You get: real ownership from week one, direct access to the founder, zero micromanagement. If your first instinct on seeing a problem is to fix it, we should talk.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
