About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing online marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This internship offers hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, inventory tracking, order processing, and marketplace optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Upload product details, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Ensure product catalogs are accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Assist in marketplace promotions, offers, and campaign management.
- Conduct basic keyword research to improve product visibility and rankings.
- Monitor product performance and marketplace analytics.
- Generate reports related to sales, inventory, and listing performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates and issue resolution.

Requirements




- Graduate, Undergraduate, or pursuing a degree in any field.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho seller platforms is a plus.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with image editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop (optional).
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
