E-commerce Executive

As we continue to expand our digital marketing and e-commerce operations, Promserve is looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize e-commerce operations for multiple clients across key marketplace platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage multiple client accounts, understand marketplace operations, analyze performance data, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings, catalogues, visibility, and performance for multiple client brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Handle end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listing, content updates, pricing, inventory coordination, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Understand and manage platform-specific requirements, policies, seller performance metrics, and compliance for different client accounts.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketplace performance, operational processes, workflows, and account health to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement platform-specific strategies for product positioning, pricing, promotions, visibility, and sales growth.
- Monitor sales, inventory, returns, cancellations, customer feedback, ratings, and other key marketplace metrics across multiple accounts.
- Prepare and maintain client-wise reports, dashboards, MIS, and performance analysis using advanced Excel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for improving marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with clients, internal creative/design teams, digital marketing teams, inventory teams, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate product catalogue requirements, images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory, and other marketplace content with relevant teams.
- Handle marketplace-related tickets, escalations, account issues,



and operational discrepancies.
- Stay updated with the latest Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplace policies, tools, features, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of client deliverables and marketplace activities.
- Assist in implementing recent processes and operational improvements across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and prepare regular updates for clients and management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with experience handling multiple brands or client accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and seller performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of marketplace algorithms, advertising platforms, and e-commerce analytics tools will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and relevant marketplace expertise.
