About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Executive who has hands-on knowledge of managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, marketplace performance, and day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and product specifications.
- Manage incoming orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the internal team to ensure product availability.
- Update product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions as required.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account, listing, payment, and order-related issues.
- Ensure products comply with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho marketplace policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.




- Good hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Health Account Management, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Strong understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, returns, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
- Candidates with experience handling high-volume seller accounts will be preferred.
