We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to handle our daily online orders, inventory, product listings, and coordination with e-commerce platforms such as Nykaa, Myntra, and other websites.

Responsibilities

- Check all online orders every morning.
- Generate invoices and print shipping labels.
- Keep track of website and marketplace sales.
- Update the inventory sheet whenever a product is sold.
- Coordinate with the stock team to make sure products are available and orders are shipped on time.
- Check stock availability with the production team and follow up for products that need to be made.
- Update product listings on the website and marketplaces.
- Add product details such as measurements, descriptions, images, prices, and other required information.
- Coordinate with e-commerce partners and agencies for website and marketplace updates, offers, discounts, promotions,



and other changes.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces is preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Must be organised and careful with details.
- Should be comfortable working with numbers, orders, and stock.
- Should be able to coordinate with different teams and complete work on time.

Preferred Candidate Someone who is responsible, organised, and comfortable handling day-to-day e-commerce work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
