Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman / Draughtswoman to prepare accurate technical drawings, architectural plans, working drawings, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of drafting standards, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and working drawings.
- Prepare drawings for submission, approvals, tendering, and construction.
- Modify and update drawings based on revisions from architects, engineers, clients, and site teams.




- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultant drawings.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with project standards and applicable regulations.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions and approved changes.
- Maintain proper records and revisions of all drawings and project documents.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to clarify drawing requirements.
- Visit project sites when required to verify measurements and existing conditions.
- Assist in preparing material details, schedules, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and deliverables.
- Maintain organized digital files and drawing databases.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
