Greenfolia Architects is a dynamic architectural firm based in Kochi, known for our innovative and sustainable design solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on design changes.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.
- Assist in the preparation of working drawings, site layouts, and design presentations.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project deadlines.
- Maintain drawing files and proper documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in architectural drafting using AutoCAD.




- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in residential and commercial architecture projects.
- Familiarity with Kerala building rules and local construction practices.
