External Major Challenges:

- Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budget.
- Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM if required
- Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.
- Addressing site complaint related to admixture performance if required need to travel
- Checking the formulation stability for recent formulation.

Deliverables

- Coordinating with CTs for design related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testing
- Interpretation of Performance data of laboratory trails
- In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of design & development to be followed.
- To work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing at OPC
- Competition bench marking - quarterly.
- Ensuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies.
- MTC preparation based on FG result.
