Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide clinical nursing supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in nursing education or management role.
- Diploma in Gnm Nursing or Bachelor's degree in relevant specialization (e.g., B.Sc.).
- Solid knowledge of clinical nursing principles, NABH guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective counseling and teamwork.
