- Manage end-to-end distribution across central warehouse and hospital units
- Oversee consignment inventory with accurate tracking and reconciliation
- Handle bill-to / ship-to transactions across multiple hospital entities
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice management
- Align consumption → billing → revenue capture
- Drive inventory optimization
- Ensure GST compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with clinical teams, billing, finance, and procurement
- Implement ERP-driven automation and standardization

- Consignment Management: Full visibility and reconciliation of vendor-owned stock
- Billing & Revenue Assurance: Complete capture of consumables in patient billing
- Bill-to / Ship-to Accuracy: Error-free transactions with GST compliance
- Distribution Efficiency: Timely availability and optimized inventory
- Process & Systems: SOP standardization and workflow automation

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Pharmacy / Engineering; MBA preferred Experience: 10–15 years in hospital supply chain with multi-location exposure
