The Dispatch Operator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the timely dispatch of finished goods while ensuring accuracy in documentation, loading, and customer deliveries. The role requires close coordination with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

- Plan daily dispatch activities based on delivery schedules.

- Ensure finished goods are dispatched accurately and on time.

- Verify product quantity, dimensions, quality clearance, and packaging before dispatch.

- Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams for material availability.

- Ensure safe handling of glass during loading.

- Verify proper packaging to prevent transit damage.

- Ensure loading follows safety standards.

Technical Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- Diploma holders may also apply.

- 0–4 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Manufacturing.

- Experience in the Glass Industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
