Dispatch Manager | Indolink Warehousing & Logistics LLP

Indolink is looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to manage end-to-end Finished Goods dispatch and delivery operations at our client premises at Greater Noida :

Key Responsibilities

- Manage dispatch planning & daily operations
- Coordinate with Production, Packing, Logistics, Accounts & Site Teams
- Supervise material verification, loading & vehicle placement
- Ensure dispatch documentation & timely vehicle release
- Track deliveries and POD closure
- Manage a team of Executives, Supervisors & Loaders
- Handle discrepancies, delays and operational escalations
- Maintain MIS and ensure process compliance

Experience: 5–10 years in Dispatch / Warehouse / LogisticsLocation: Client Premises Greater NoidaIndustry: Manufacturing ( furniture and fixtures) / Logistics / Project Operations preferred
